Thank you for embarking on this collaborative journey with us through our Affiliate Program. The terms below govern the relationship between us, the merchant ("we" or "GodFirst Fitness"), and you, the affiliate ("you"), in promoting fitness rooted in faith.

By engaging with our Program, you consent to adhere to the guidelines outlined herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from participating in the Program.

1. **Registration Approval or Denial**
We hold complete discretion to accept or deny any Affiliate Program Registration. Should your registration be denied, you have no legal recourse against us.

2. **Affiliate Links and Coupons**
Your unique affiliate link is generated automatically; however, you can create specific links for particular products or collections. Only the most recent referral link clicked before a purchase counts. You may be assigned a coupon code, outlined on your Dashboard; duplicate rewards for link and coupon use are not permitted. Promotion via online and offline channels is allowed, following our brand guidelines.

3. **Commissions and Payments**
Earn commissions by directing customers to make purchases on our site, based on our Commission structure. Commission excludes taxes, shipping, etc. Set your payment details in Settings, and review the Affiliate Guide for payment schedules. Only completed transactions earn commissions; chargebacks or refunds are ineligible.

4. **Marketing Tools**
We'll provide promotional materials like banners and logos through the Marketing Tools tab. These can be used on your affiliate channels.

5. **Network Opportunities**
If enabled, you can invite others to join beneath you in our affiliate network. You'll earn network commissions based on their sales, contingent on our network settings.

6. **Cookie Policy**
Our system uses cookies to track your referrals. Orders placed by customers within the cookie duration, as specified during registration, will credit commissions to you. Note: If a customer disables cookies, tracking—and thus commission—cannot be guaranteed.

7. **Program Exit**

We collect pertinent transaction data when customers make purchases through a merchant's site to correctly track and reward referral activity, optimizing the performance of our affiliate network.

Our system employs cookies to enhance user experience and enable key features of our Affiliate Marketing System. While we advocate for their use for a fuller experience, we respect privacy concerns and offer guidance on cookie management and deactivation.
